Hello!
 
First post! I also have a problem, my irobot program crashes almost instantly, with no specific trigger. When i try and open it again it says that another instance is running..
 
Any ideas?  undecided

Hi,  
 
Can you provide more details on how you ran it?   What is your Windows and IE version? Do you open any irobot?  Do you click run with certain task?  
 
Since you do not have a license, you will need to log off and log in your windows before running it again.
