Scrape information related to people with zip code

hi
many elapsed from last cool bot and now ready for new one.
Some one asked me to create robot that scrape email address for special zip code resident in country like US.
I bought scraper license but I want more clue about making scrapper for taking name, phone, address, email, state, city for special zip code like 10004
I hope you help me which site i can use for beginning site. and skeleton of scrapper.

You may try yellowpages.com for name, phone, address, etc.  But emails may be rare.
