pubmed select links doesn't grab all the links

If I follow the manual and search on human cancer I get eh list shown onthe attached image, whe I try to get a list of links either manually or automatically I can get EITHER the first one (no 1) only OR all the othere but not the first one. I noticed it seems to be in a different class to the others. How can I get them all?

When doing manual design, you can try to mark on different links and add the List of Links action.  I tried the fourth link, and it is working correctly.
